A private startup company is bringing insurance facility for the smartphone lovers of the country on a large scale.



The company says it is contracting with local mobile manufacturers to provide the service. If the handset is purchased from the showroom of a registered dealer of these companies, the seller will offer insurance to the buyer. If the customer is interested, go to the website of the insurance company and submit with the customer's name, handset model, IMEI and phone number, the insurance will be launched within two minutes.

Rafael Kabir, MD of InstaSure, said that customers can make credit payments in any way starting from bKash to credit card-David card. As soon as the insurance is launched, a message will be sent to his mobile.



1 lakh rupees handset will cost 5 thousand rupees. You cannot claim insurance for up to 30 days after the introduction of insurance. If the phone is damaged then the buyer has to take the handset from the showroom where he bought it. The buyer's mobile will be repaired by the insurance company concerned. If the phone is lost or stolen within three months, you will get the full amount. Initially this insurance will be for one year.



Rafael Kabir said he hoped it would be launched commercially by the end of this month. In the beginning, only the capital remained under this facility.



The country's top five handset manufacturers have already expressed interest in taking up the service.



Mesbah Uddin, chief marketing officer of Fair Group, said a revolutionary change would take place in the next one to two years. Many will be interested in buying the device through such insurance.

Altruist Technology Limited has already launched insurance facility in the country in collaboration with Grameenphone. However, only GP customers will get this facility.
