Four years ago, in 2019, Domino's Pizza entered Bangladesh in a joint venture between Jubilant Food works and Golden Harvest. Since then, the brand has been a joint venture with Jubilant Golden Harvest Limited Company.

Jubilant Foodworks, India's largest food service organization, on Tuesday (May 10) Jubilant completed the acquisition of 49 per cent stake in Golden Harvest for Rs 369 million.
